Our Shop Floor is the best option for order visibility for operators and their crew. We’ve heard the many difficulties that can occur throughout production and we’re here to help:
Problem: There is a lack of order visibility for machine operators and crew. We manually create a work traveler but often find it missing valuable information for the operator. When updates to order quantities or schedules are made, those changes aren’t always being communicated to operators or made to the paperwork.
Solution: Without proper order specifications, there can be confusion or mistakes made in production. Work Order specifications like order quantities, packaging, production notes and cut configurations are included in the Shop Floor. Screens like the Schedule or Order Information, which opens a Work Order report, gives operators information prior to running the order to prepare and to make sure order requirements are being met while running.
